GreyCare is our low cost, web-based service for employers of Grey Fleet drivers. It encompasses driver self-certification and document submission/review.

On behalf of client companies we canvass employees, contractors and other Grey Fleet drivers to confirm they recognise their employer's driving at work policy and report simple details on their own vehicles, driving licences and insurance documentation.

GreyCare provides clients with an annual report on their Grey Fleet drivers highlighting exceptions and omissions and significantly mitigates the risk any business faces when allowing or expecting drivers to use their own vehicles for business purposes at any time.

GreyCare can receive hard-copy documentation as well as web-based returns.

In addition, our GreyCare service is often specified with an annual DVLA licence cross-check to validate the documents submitted by drivers.
